Project Management
Once the final selection for a design is completed Project Management begins. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
How It Works - The completed job
  • Generation of proposals/agreements/contracts, followed by any changes or addendums to fulfill the goals of the design project
  • Preparation of purchase orders and checking availability of specifications i.e.:  furniture, wall coverings, fabrics etc.
  • Notify client of any out-of-stock/ back ordered materials and make re-selections if necessary
  • Review all purchase order acknowledgments for correctness and timely ship dates
  • Contact vendors regarding status of outstanding orders and trouble shoot before problems occur
  • Maintain up to date filing and status of projects  and provide interim billing if necessary
  • Receive, un-crate and deliver fabrics, furniture frames, hardware, etc. to work rooms or client
  • Inspect items for final installation, make adjustments/changes to fit field measurements
  • On site oversight of major critical installations
  • Correct placement of furniture, lighting, and accessories at the installation phase
  • Proper installation of window, walls, flooring, lighting, and other details to bring about a cohesive, well executed design plan
